Silent Selves Fine Art Prints

Silent Selves triptych representing experience as a conceptual fine art print utilising leaves

Reflections on identity and resilience

Silent Selves is a limited edition series exploring the tension between surface and interior. Here, weathered fallen leaves are reframed as a collection of thematic triptychs— each a three-part reflection on identity, resilience, and the threshold where outward form meets inner character.

Each work is available as a museum-grade limited edition print with Certificate of Authenticity and worldwide shipping included. Select any work to explore the edition details..

Identity

Identity examines the sacred space where our public Persona meets our private Essence, encouraging us to look beyond appearances to the deeper richness that emerges when we take the time to truly see another person.

Character

Character celebrates the many ways we inhabit the world—from the reserved to the candid—revealing how presence, openness, and restraint each carry their own quiet and dignified beauty.

Experience

Experience honours the deep transformations that shape a life: the ruptures that split us open, the unexpected paths that change our direction, and the soft weathering through which time slowly teaches us who we are.

Legacy

Legacy reflects on the histories we carry within us: the lineage that precedes us, the forms we inhabit, and the quiet weight of belonging that shapes how we move through the world.

The Silent Selves Story

The idea for Silent Selves did not begin in the landscape, but with a small group of dried autumn leaves resting on a cabinet. One day, as I passed them, I noticed how different the front and back surfaces were. One side carried colour and weathering; the other revealed veins, structure, and a quieter strength. Each leaf held its own character. The contrast felt familiar.

The human spirit is rarely a single layer. In this series, each artwork brings the two sides of a fallen leaf together as parts of a whole. Identity is not found in either surface alone, but in the quiet tension between what is visible and what lies beneath.

When the two sides meet, something shifts. Texture deepens. Form gains subtle complexity. The overlap allows similarities and differences to sit side by side. Neither dominates the other.

Set against a muted backdrop, each leaf is lifted from season and setting. Through repetition and variation, the series reflects on resilience, character, and continuity. Wholeness here is not perfection, but coexistence — surface and interior bound together.
